Beckman Coulter Special Chem Lab

Good & Roberts, Inc. has construction underway at the Beckman Coulter Special Chemistry Laboratory, located at 2470 Faraday Avenue in Carlsbad. The 8,500 square foot expansion includes clean rooms, an autoclave and washroom. The five month project will be completed in five phases, allowing the lab to remain fully operational throughout construction. Doug Taniguchi is the representative for Beckman Coulter and the tenant improvements were designed by Smith Consulting Architects. The Good & Roberts, Inc. management team includes Chuck Glynn as project executive, Julie Mitchell as project manager and Eric Moody as superintendent. Major subcontractors include Ickler Electric, Pacific Rim Mechanical, West Coast Fire Protection, Thunder Jones Contracting, CJ's Interiors and Gary Cornell Painting.
