Jeffrey Gay Promoted to VP  (4/1/2010)
Vista-based general contracting firm Good & Roberts, Inc. has announced the promotion of Jeffrey Gay to Vice President of Estimating.   Jeff joined the company as a general laborer 23 years ago, and has progressed through the ranks to his new position.   As Vice President of Estimating Jeff is responsible for review of bid solicitations, preparation of cost estimates, design development and constructability reviews, value engineering, budget development, and maintaining professional estimating standards and procedures.
